As most people know, in recent years the cost of shipping has gone through the roof. To deal with this fact along with people's desire to receive their products in a timely way, here are our shipping policies:
For orders in the United States, we will ship products in a flat rate Priority Mail envelope whenever possible. If we cannot use a flat rate envelope, we will still send the products with standard Priority Mail. You will be charged for the exact amount of the shipping plus a minimal handling charge.
For international orders, we will ship products in a flat rate Priority Mail International envelope whenever possible. If we cannot use a flat rate envelope, we will send the product via standard Prioity Mail International. You will be charged for the exact amount of the shipping plus a minimal handling charge.

When will my order arrive?
Credit card orders can usually, though not always, be shipped within two (2) business days. In some situations, we may take up to 5 days to ship your order. Orders for which checks and money orders are sent will require at least a full week after our receipt of your check before shipping. Your credit card will not be billed until the merchandise has shipped. If we expect a delay in getting your order out, we will contact you via email.
Why is there a handling charge?
Every order has a minimal handling fee added to the shipping cost to pay for quality packaging materials so your items aren't damaged in shipment and for our professional staff who takes care of every order.
My international order is extremely late, what do I do?
First, check your post office and customs agency. Many packages get stuck in customs awaiting duty taxes. Since all international orders are shipped via Global Priority, we can provide you with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, the tracking number will tell you the last known location of your package at least to the US borders and sometime within the destination country. Feel free to contact us about a late or lost package.
